Project Overview
44 Morningside Drive
Renovations at 44 Morningside Drive, located on the southeast corner of 115th Street and Morningside Drive, was completed in the fall of 2003. The complete interior renovation of this six-story building included the addition of a new elevator. The project also saw the replacement of the exterior roofing, the restoration of the building's facade and parapets and the addition of a new cornice. The 44 Morningside Drive building provides 31 apartments to faculty and graduate students.
