During the construction of the 110th Street Faculty Residence and School For Children, approximately $22 million was contracted with minority and women firms and $5.2 million with locally based construction services firms. Minority and women workers performed 41% of all labor for the project while local residents accounted for approximately 7% of the work performed on the project.
