Two Week Look Ahead

 

DODGE FITNESS CENTER IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS THROUGHOUT ENTIRE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AND IS UNAFFECTED BY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY

 

Week of May 7, 2007 –

·        Earth removal continues throughout project site.  Noise and dust conditions anticipated.

 

·        Opening in driveway at 119th Street and Broadway.

 

·        Hand excavation work under driveway. Noise and dust conditions anticipated.

 

 

Week of May 14th, 2007 –

·       Earth removal continues. Noise and dust conditions anticipated.

 

·       Hand excavation work under driveway (119th & Broadway).

 

·        Due to Columbia University and Teachers College Commencement activities, construction work will not occur on Tuesday, May 15th and Wednesday, May 16th.

 

 

FUTURE TBD – Site Fence Construction Revision

 

·         Broadway – Jersey barriers added*

 

·         Broadway – 2 Metered Parking Spaces to be taken off line*

 

·         Broadway – Portion of Sidewalk will be closed*

 

·         Broadway – Bus Stop Relocated to NE corner (M104, M4, M60)*

 

* Pending NYC Department of Transportation direction
