Columbia University Morningside Campus Northwest Science Project (3030 Broadway)
Two Week Look Ahead DODGE FITNESS CENTER IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS THROUGHOUT ENTIRE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AND IS UNAFFECTED BY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY
Week of October 1st, 2007 –
· Rock Chopping – most activity to occur in morning hours - Intermittent activity until 6:00 p.m. each evening. · Prep for concrete (rebar, forming) at 10 Line under driveway. Noise and dust conditions anticipated. · North Egress from Levien gymnasium is re-established.
Week of October 8th, 2007 –· Rock Chopping - most activity to occur in morning hours - Intermittent activity until 6:00 p.m. each evening. Noise and dust conditions anticipated. · Concrete set-up work under driveway at West 119th Street and Broadway. Noise / minimal traffic impacts anticipated.
NOTE: · DOT has relocated the M60 bus stop from 120th & Broadway to 119th & Broadway. · DOT has re-located the M104 and M4 bus stop from the south corner of 120 & Bway to the northeast corner of 120th & Broadway. · Tennis courts are not permanently closed. Northwest Science Building up-dates can be found on the Neighbors Website (www.neighbors.columbia.edu) under construction projects.
