Weeks of October 19, 2009 and October 26, 2009

Week of October 19, 2009

  • Carpentry layout of lab fit-out.
  • Delivery and installation of curtain wall panels continues at café.
  • Mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-in work.
  • Elevator work continues, as two construction cars will be running by the end of November.

Week of October 26, 2009

  • Delivery and installation of curtain wall panels and storefront continues.
  • Mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-in work continues.
  • Lab fit-out MEP and layout continues.

General Notes

  • Work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
  • Dodge Fitness Center is open for business throughout the entire construction project and is unaffected by construction activity. Levien Gymnasium has re-opened.
  • NYC DOT has relocated the M60 bus stop from West 120th & Broadway to West 119th Street & Broadway.
  • NYC DOT has re-located the M104 and M4 bus stop from the south corner of West 120th Street & Broadway to the northeast corner of West 120th Street & Broadway.
